What OrderBrief Atlas does
OrderBrief Atlas turns merchant-authored order notes into an internal fulfillment brief.
- Detects urgent, gift, date-sensitive, customization, and warning signals from order note text
- Creates a summary, action text, and risk score for internal staff review
- Displays the same result in the embedded dashboard and supported Shopify Admin extension surfaces
- Keeps checklist state inside the app so teams can track whether a note was reviewed
- Lets merchants tune keyword detection and retention from Processing Rules
Daily workflow
Use these screenshots to understand the normal operator path from triage to order-level action.
Plan-aware behavior
Some actions depend on the store's active plan.
- Starter stores can review generated summaries and monitor processing
- Paid plans unlock manual reprocess and checklist action workflows
- The Plan & Billing tab explains the current lock state and the next Shopify-hosted approval step
- If Shopify approval for protected customer data is still pending, order-level actions show guidance rather than a raw error
