OrderBrief Atlas merchant terms
Merchant Terms
These terms describe how merchants may use OrderBrief Atlas, what the app is intended to do, and how operational data is handled while the app is installed on a Shopify store.
Agreement and acceptance
These merchant terms and the linked data handling documents form the merchant-facing agreement for OrderBrief Atlas.
- By installing, accessing, or continuing to use OrderBrief Atlas, the merchant agrees to these Merchant Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Data Protection terms incorporated by reference.
- These documents describe how OrderBrief Atlas processes merchant store data only to provide the app's fulfillment workflow features.
- If a merchant does not agree with these terms, the merchant must stop using the app and uninstall it from the Shopify store.
Scope of use
OrderBrief Atlas is an internal fulfillment workflow tool for merchant teams.
- The app summarizes merchant-authored order notes and custom attributes into an internal fulfillment brief.
- The app is not a customer messaging tool, legal review tool, or shipping guarantee service.
- Merchants remain responsible for reviewing fulfillment instructions before acting on them.
Merchant responsibilities
Operational accuracy depends on the quality of note text and merchant configuration.
- Merchants should keep order-note instructions factual, current, and limited to fulfillment needs.
- Merchants should configure keywords and retention settings to match their team workflow.
- Merchants should remove the app if they no longer want OrderBrief Atlas to process order notes.
Billing and feature access
Some workflows depend on the merchant's active plan.
- Starter stores can review summaries and monitor processing status.
- Paid plans unlock manual reprocess and checklist actions.
- Plan changes, trials, and billing state are governed by the billing flow shown inside the app.
